Description:
Tokens to use on a sensory room zones check in/check out board. Students choose a token to represent themselves and put it on what zone they are currently in. Teacher/EA support the student to choose an appropriate self-regulation tool and when leaving, the student moves their token to what zone they now are in. Good way for students to self-evaluate their mood and effectiveness of chosen self-regulation strategy.
