Just save it as PDF to send to be printed as a large scale sign! (Directions: In Boardmaker, change the page size to the size you want to print! The buttons will need to be resized to fill a much larger page. Print to PDF, or just download the PDF from BMO and it should print clearly at the larger scale.) Letter Lessons
Letter Lessons
The resources in this group were created with the intention that they would be led by a knowledgeable other (teacher, parent, SaLT, assistant etc) working through the instructional routine of "letter of the day" with an emergent literacy learner. They were originally created to be used with teens and adults with emergent literacy skills, but content can be edited to be more appropriate for younger learners. There is a brief prompt for the person leading this lesson on each page but a full understanding of enhanced alphabet instruction is recommended when using these resources. The concepts put into practice were inspired by Chapter 3 of Comprehensive Literacy for All Teaching Students with Significant Disabilities to Read and Write by Karen Erickson and David Koppenhaver. If you have any questions, comments or feedback, I'd love to hear it! Please feel free to contact me at tina@voizey.com
